Pavilion in the park H.Jordan in Krakow
My first major project was a pavilion in the park. H.Jordan in Krakow. I did it in my first year of college. The project was to include projections and a cross-section.
Project Idea
The idea behind the project is the implementation of an exhibition pavilion in the city park. H. Jordan. The pavilion is to fulfill its function all year round as an exhibition place that will be visited. hers its non-simple form is designed to attract visitors. An exhibition pavilion is being designed, without a basement. The body of the building is compact. The main entrance leads through a large glass window directly inside the exhibition building. On the ground floor there is a separate area for a small toilet accessible to everyone and an exhibition space for various objects. On the first floor there is a zone for storage room.

The pavilion was designed as a compact block based on a cube. The block will consist of two similar L-shaped elements. One of the elements will be inverted. They will serve as shielding elements on the outside. However, inside they will serve as additional space for the pavilion. Thanks to this, the pavilion will have more space for themselves exhibition, and was also convenient for free movement around it. There will be two items protect the body from the outside against various weather factors such as wind, rain, snow. The elements will mainly serve to cover a small cube made of glass. In order to greater stability and protection.
Natural light will give the pavilion a special character and highlight its elements consists. Glass that will be on each side sometimes to a greater and lesser extent will make you feel being outside. As a result, the exhibitions that will take place in the pavilion will be shown in a way special and give them a special character. Introduction of numerous glass elements and treating them as walls is intended to naturally provide light to the pavilion. goal The natural way to illuminate the place is the glass roof. That way, instead of covered you will be able to observe the sky from an ordinary roof. The sky at any time of the day and in any weather change. Thanks to this procedure, you will be able to observe while visiting the pavilion changing sky, as well as light that will spread in different ways around the pavilion in depending on the time of day. This will give the pavilion a special character and make it recognizable natural light.

The whole building is to have a modern form. Showing simple but interesting solutions on cube-based buildings. The roof, which is lowered in some places, is supposed to knock out the solid so that it would not be it an ordinary cube. The same elements seen in a different way were introduced in the pavilion, to see how a given element can present itself in a different arrangement or form. In this the way it is supposed to help some to look at some things in a different more interesting and spatial way way. Glass elements, through their transparency, will show how the whole body permeates by himself and how he composes. This will show the items that will stay together connected but not covered. Because we will be able to admire them through the glass that will give uniqueness of the block. Thanks to this, we will see how the block plays and cooperates with each other.
