The design of the estate is not accidental. Everything in it comes from something. The main inspiration was the place and its shape. I want to give the opportunity to disappear into the greenery, which is sorely lacking in cities. At the same time, I want people to be able to admire the urban landscape again.

The main assumption of the project was to create a green city of the future that will take advantage of its location and landscape. It was important to take advantage of the city's south-facing view and quiet zone so that the differentiation of the buildings could be suitable for different future residents. It was important that everyone could find something for themselves.

The vision of the city is to maintain a mutual balance between the city view and nature. Being in the apartment, we can admire the cityscape. However, to relax and escape from the city view, all you have to do is go outside your building and immerse yourself in the vegetation. The surroundings are to help to disappear the disordered buildings next to it, as well as other views that do not belong to the designed area. The complex is designed for people looking for harmony with nature, as well as for people who appreciate city views. The complex is divided into 3 zones: a zone of peace, sports and for young people. Thanks to this, it will allow for the diversification of residents regarding the choice of place of residence.

The idea hides a distinguishing element. These are skeletal garages with gardens on the roofs, which are fully overgrown. Their construction is supposed to disappear so that people cannot feel it.
